How do I stay positive?
I’ve read a lot perception and how we choose perception (“perception” can also be known as our “beliefs” in this context). Gratitude is a major perception shifter. You see things differently. It breaks you away from ego and inserts love into whatever situation you’re in. I practice gratitude, I meditate, and I read a lot about new ways of living and thinking… about finding your true self and living a fulfilling life from it.
