Project Positivity – Think Positive™ with Jeremy McGilvrey

In this interview I sit down with Jeremy McGilvrey, someone that has an incredible story to share. I wanted to get his tips on what he does to think positive thoughts and what he has to say about success. Jeremy was labeled a prodigy financial advisor in his youth, managing nearly $500,000,000 in a company he founded. He had some highs and some incredible challenges, some of which would have likely broken a weaker person; but Jeremy has managed to bounce back in full force with every intention of motivating, inspiring, and helping anyone interested in self improvement through lessons he picked up studying some of life’s most successful leaders. I recently attended a speech he gave about three simple goal setting tips, and I found it very valuable. An interesting thing he said about goal setting was that these are not really “secrets” per se, they have been proven and shared time and time again, for hundreds of years, but people tend not to do them. Therein lies the secret. Simple things like setting goals, achieving ones dreams, and becoming successful is just a matter of following proven steps that work. The average person is usually not willing to do the things it takes to be a success, therefore the masses live in mediocrity. As Jim Rohn used to say about self improvement: “It’s easy to do, but it’s also easy NOT to do.” We must hold ourselves accountable for our future and the future of the world we create. Just imagine how amazing our world would be if we all lived up to our potential! Please take a look at Jeremy’s website and subscribe to his special $1 offer, you won’t be disappointed.

Fill your mind with good things rather than toxic garbage, and remember to think positive thoughts as often as possible. I suggest reading as many good positive things that you can, in the way of quotes and books. Books like The Power of Positive ThinkingThink and Grow RichThree Feet from Gold, and a number of other inspirational and motivating books.  Immersing yourself in ways to think positive thoughts and do positive things is the key to a happy life. Whatever you want to be or become, chances are high that someone that has already done it and become successful has written a book about it.  Read that book!  I love the saying “leaders are readers” because it reminds me that I need to continue to read more and more every day.

If you know of anyone that should be recognized for their positive attitude, please contact me so that we can keep this positive vibe spreading.  And get some Positive Pins™ to wear or share!
