Wow, what a great week this has turned out to be. I was allowed to have a Think Positive™ booth at the first fitness expo for NFIT Woman magazine in San Antonio. For those of you that don’t know, NFIT Woman was created by Eliot Garza to showcase a healthy lifestyle for women in and around San Antonio. He’s had great success with his NSIDE magazine and has several other things in the works as well. This video is long overdue presenting Erin Clarkson with a Positive Pin™ because she is a shining example of positive energy every time I see her. Erin, thank you so much for what you do and allowing me to setup and share my positive message with everyone at the fitness fair. I know I planted some great seeds there and I am looking forward to seeing them grow!

Hey guys it’s week number 26 of Project Positivity and my recipient this week of the Positive Pin™ is Erin Clarkson. I met Erin Clarkson the other day and she is an advertising exec, advertising advertising advertiser for NFIT Women, which is the new premier magazine informing women in San Antonio about staying fit and staying healthy, so Erin, thank you for being our recipient and having such a great positive attitude

Is there anything you want to tell our fans about what thinking positive means to you or how it’s affected your life?
Erin
Wow, um, I think it’s affected me by making me um healthier for one thing if we’re talking about NFIT and NFIT Woman um I come from a family where my dad is very stressed out all the time and he’s actually had two heat attacks and he’s had a quadruple bypass um and also he’s had a few strokes so it’s because of just all the stress that the holds inside and I’ve kind of learned from him that if you’re going to do anything in the morning I need to wake up with a positive attitude, not let stress affect me and um go about my day and try to just keep calm so thats one of the best ways I would say thinking positive has helped me out.
